NATIONAL APPLE PIE DAY 2021
This day is reserved for apple pie ,it’s one of dessert in US .recipe printed was in England in 1381. The list of ingredients included good apples, good spices, figs, raisins, pears, saffron, and cofyn (a type of pastry crust).While the apple pie existed well before the Pilgrims landed on the eastern shores of what is now The United States, Americans wax poetic about how American apple pie is. The phrase “as American as apple pie” has been around for more than 100 years. Nowadays too it’s famous and becomes everyone wish to have eat and many is will have it as there mini meals or in breakfast .

NATIONAL FROG JUMPING DAY 2021
Observed each year on May 13th, National Frog Jumping Day is a favorite of young and old alike.According to the history of it ,In 1865, Mark Twain published his first short story, Jim Smiley and His Jumping Frog. Later, he changed the name and published it as The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County. This same story also had a third title, The Notorious Jumping Frog of Calaveras County.The current frog jumping record was set in 1986 by Rosie the Ribeter, who jumped 21 feet, 5-3/4 inches.and this kind competition only will be held in /possible in calaveras county ,can’t say exactly maybe will go throughout country or in some other States too .Whatever the history is ,I remembered about my school days when I was participated in frog jumping with friends .It’s a funny race not seriously !

NATIONAL CROUTON DAY 2021
National Crouton Day on May 13th, each year this day has been recognized for tasty topping that shouldn’t be overlooked.Many of our words for bread-related foods come from the French and for good reason. The French love bread. Croutons are no different. The French word croûte means crust. Croutons are often made from day-old bread which has been cut into cubes and seasoned with herbs, oil, or butter. The bread is then either toasted in the oven or tossed in a hot pan until crunchy. It’s delicious ,may of favourites ,looks pretty and can add whatever we would like with other ingredients .

NATIONAL FRUIT COCKTAIL DAY 2021 It’s a very special day especially in the summer time if you are following fruits seasonal weeks means sure this day will be fit for you .You know why ? .This fruits cocktail will be made from all sorts of fruits. Regularly you can serve this with a meal .Almost in the western countries people will hold this as usual in the morning or at breakfast time .It looks better and delicious while you pour some liquid based fruit juice on top of the cake .In the United States, the USDA stipulates that canned fruit cocktail must contain certain percentages of pears, grapes, cherries, peaches, and pineapples.anyway ,William Vere Cruess of the University of California, Berkeley, and also Herbert Gray of the Barron-Gray Packing Company, San Jose, California have both been credited with the invention of fruit cocktail. So applaud them and enjoy your fruit cocktail as pan cake or as salad.
